A new two storey office building of approximately 340m2 and 1500m2 factory  designed to complement an existing manufacturing site of Nauhria Precast Ltd.
The client manufactures precast concrete panels and was keen to showcase their ‘Monarc’ finishing system on these buildings. This resulted in the exploration of aggregates, oxide and pattern combinations to get the desired impact on the buildings interiors and exterior façade.
