We undertake various feasibility studies and due diligence reporting, which involve part of a project or the full project spectrum.
A bulk and location plan is the starting point to assess the feasibility of client requirements within the constraints of the proposed site. Once there is agreement on an initial plan, a due diligence review of the site and project can be conducted, drawing on the broad knowledge and experience of our multi-disciplinary team of architects, structural and civil engineers and our network of external specialist consultants.
As part of this process we would look to fully understand the risks and constraints of the proposal and develop a design strategy which may be impacted by:
- natural environment
- ground conditions
- property encumbrances
- utility services
- local territorial authority planning regulations
- budget
- client operational requirements
