When a contractor has been awarded the contract Stiffe Hooker Ltd is able to act as Administrator to the contract and on the client’s behalf will:

• act as “Administrator” to a construction contract
• initiate and record site meetings
• act as liaison between the client and the contractor
• initiate inspections by the design team as required including practical completion and end of defects notification period inspections
• ensure contractor fulfils conditions of building consent including inspections, applying for code compliance certificate and other Territorial Authority completion certificates
