Adair recently joined the SHL team and is a Chartered Civil Engineer. He has a wide range of experience covering residential, commercial, industrial, retail, health, schools, dairy factories, public facilities, contracts engineer and expert witness.
Adair has over 22 years’ experience as a civil engineer which encompasses professional design services and stakeholder liaison, as well as extensive site construction management and certification. Adair has wide-ranging experience in the design and contract management of earthworks for roading, subdivisions, large developments, and associated drainage and services, along with a strong technical background and knowledge of New Zealand Standards, New Zealand Building Code and Auckland Council Technical Publications.
Originally from South Taranaki, Adair graduated university and spent time working in Bristol and London, returning to New Zealand and Auckland in 2009. Away from the office Adair can be found with family on the boat with the sea-biscuit and fishing, or in the hills tramping and hunting.
